      Pros

      - Easy job to fit in to. Training gets given to you before working on your own and the job is relatively straightforward. - Pay is fair, commission paid monthly too just got to do your job correctly. - manage your own calls and diary day to day. - lunch time is reasonable Starting work at 9.45 so don’t have to be up super early - friendly staff and management. - as you work bank holidays you get a lot of time off to book which is usually very easy to get (also I massively prefer this as I don’t care about having an occasional Monday off). I go abroad 3 times a year and had no issues getting the time.

      Cons

      - finish 7pm which is a little late for me (my partner finishes at 5) - key swaps (one set of keys for a branch meaning you have to arrange swapping keys with whoever covers your site on days off which is a little annoying at times.

      Good competitive salary and great bonus structure. Opportunities to work independently in one area or move around. Great support from management all in all a great team environment. Brilliant training provided.

      Working weekends but weekends it required as that’s peak times
