We're continuing to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week this time hearing how Gabi's Level 3 Paralegal apprenticeship gave her the chance to build a legal career without the need to go to uni. "The traditional route to a career in law involves studying at university, but that’s not for everyone (and it certainly wasn’t for me). This way I get to earn money and gain real-world experience, while also getting a qualification which will help me make progress towards my career goals." #BuildTheFuture #NAW2022
Some things we're really proud to celebrate this National Apprenticeship Week: ✅ The amazing work of all our apprentices. ✅ Working with other businesses to raise over £8.7M to fund apprenticeship opportunities for under-represented groups, through Co-op Levy Share. ✅ Launching a new LGV driver apprenticeship, opening 300+ roles in response to the UK driver shortage.
