Congratulations to the 2026 graduates of Decora’s First Step Programme 🎉 On 5th May, 12 team members received certificates for successfully completing our internally designed and delivered First Step Programme; created to support staff interested in progressing into first line management roles. The programme provides modular training in key leadership skills including workflow management, delegation, motivation, and conducting difficult conversations, while also giving participants opportunities to gain practical management experience. The First Step Programme reflects Decora’s continued commitment to staff development, internal progression, and helping our people achieve their ambitions. 👏
Last week, our teams across Lisburn, Huddersfield and Birmingham took part in our Wellbeing Wind-Down as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 💙 With an extended company-wide break, there was a great chance to slow things down a little, enjoy some tea, coffee and traybakes, and take a well-earned moment out of the day.
