When growth is part of the culture, careers don't just progress – they transform. Prateek Ghosh’s journey at Firstsource is a great example of how we enable people to move beyond the expected. Starting out in technology transitions for digital-native clients, he soon found himself leading programs across two business units. With strong backing from the leadership, he stepped into consultative sales and eventually took on the role of Client Partner for EdTech and Media and relocated to the US.
