41 #SourceOfGood Champions. 1 powerful cause - supporting disaster relief and community resilience. …that’s the impact of #Firstsourcers in Amherst, NY coming together for our first fundraiser of the year in support of the American Red Cross. Through bake sales, raffles, and sheer generosity, we helped raise funds to fuel their mission of providing disaster relief, blood donation drives, emergency preparedness, and services for military families in times of need. Here’s to many more moments of giving, together. 💙
📢 What’s it like to be a #FirstsourceWoman? We asked Natasha Mehra Khanna, our AVP – Operations. With 20+ years of experience, Natasha leads with empathy, grit, and purpose - and she’s using her voice to make space for others. As the force behind World of Women at Firstsource, Natasha is challenging biases, building community, and redefining what inclusive leadership looks like. Her journey is a masterclass in showing up, speaking up, and lifting others as you rise.
As part of our Good Deeds Day 2025 celebrations, 15 of our #SourceOfGood champions teamed up with Project Mumbai to paint benches made from recycled plastic – waste collected during earlier cleanup drives. These eco-friendly benches will now be handed over to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for installation in various community parks across the city. More than art, these are symbols of circularity, sustainability, and shared responsibility. Because when purpose meets creativity, we don’t just make things better - We Make It Happen!

What happens when you trade familiarity for growth? Aisling Ferry, our Employee Experience Specialist, based in UK, found out - when she made the bold move from a customer-facing role to a completely new challenge in HR. She leaned into learning, embraced the unknown, and with the help of Wings Within, our internal mobility program, stepped confidently into a whole new space. Backed by the support of her managers—both past and present—and armed with training and guidance, she flourished. Her message: “I challenged my comfort zone and loved it. You can too!” Because growth starts with one brave step.
We couldn’t be prouder of our colleagues at Ascensos, a Firstsource company, who are stepping up for the The Kiltwalk 2025 in support of Make-A-Wish® UK. Every step they take brings us closer to a brighter future for those in need. Let’s cheer them on as they continue to make a difference! 💙
Half a world apart. One shared purpose. From Hyderabad, India to Melbourne, Australia, our #Firstsourcers came together through creativity, compassion, and community to mark Women’s History Month in the most meaningful way. ~100 #SourceOfGood Champions. ~140 hours of creativity. ~70 women empowered. In Hyderabad, our volunteers teamed up with Nirmaan Organization to paint reusable cloth bags—supporting women’s livelihoods and championing sustainability. In Melbourne, our team picked up the brush—hosting a three-day painting initiative that carried forward the same message of empowerment and environmental responsibility. Though thousands of miles apart, our hearts were aligned—proving that when we create with intention, we inspire change without borders. Art with heart. Action with impact. We Make It Happen.
