Gripple is celebrating five wins at the prestigious TMMX Awards (The Manufacturer MX Awards) in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. They beat off strong competition from manufacturers across the UK to win the following awards: Manufacturer of the year, Young Manufacturer of the Year, International Trade, Operational Excellence and Leadership and Strategy, after being shortlisted in 10 out of 11 categories.
Applications for the Gripple Graduate Scheme 2023 are now open! Next year's scheme has three pathways: commercial, technology and engineering. First up is the commercial pathway, which will involve spending time in departments including sales, marketing, finance, operations management and people & culture. The precise details of the programme, though, will depend on the graduate's expertise, interests and even their longer-term career ambitions.
