A Summer of Celebration at JCT600 This summer, we’ve been celebrating the hard work and dedication of our teams with a season full of recognition, team spirit and plenty of treats. From sizzling BBQs to surprise ice cream vans and local food vendors visiting our dealerships, the celebrations have been a brilliant way to come together and say thank you for everyone’s ongoing commitment and success. A real highlight has been recognising the winners of the JCT600 Leagues, such as the Workshop Control League, which showcased outstanding performance across our sites. Alongside team achievements, we’ve also taken time to celebrate long service milestones and birthdays - marking the moments that make JCT600 not just a place to work, but a family to be part of. As John Tordoff put it: “Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. Taking time to celebrate successes, milestones and achievements is an important way to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.” And as summer continues, so will the celebrations across the JCT600 network - with more opportunities to recognise the wins, big and small, that drive us forward together.
JCT600 Backs 'Who Inspires Me?' Campaign to Celebrate Women in Automotive JCT600 is once again proud to support the Automotive 30% Club’s annual ‘Who Inspires Me?’ campaign - an initiative that shines a light on the incredible women making a difference in the automotive industry. As a long-standing member of the Automotive 30% Club, JCT600 is committed to improving gender balance across the sector. The Club’s mission is to achieve at least 30% of key leadership roles held by women, and JCT600 is fully aligned with this goal. Supporting the 'Who Inspires Me?' campaign is just one of the ways we work towards a more inclusive and representative workplace. Each year, colleagues across the business are invited to nominate the women who inspire them - those who have led by example, offered support and mentorship, or simply made a lasting impact through their dedication and professionalism. These heartfelt nominations not only recognise the brilliant work of women within JCT600 but also contribute to the wider Inspiring Automotive Women Awards, organised by the Automotive 30% Club. People Director, Tracey Newton, said: “This campaign is a great opportunity to celebrate the many inspiring women across our business. It’s important that we continue to recognise and elevate female talent at every level of our organisation.” With this year's campaign underway, we've had the pleasure of sharing some incredible nominations to support a more diverse future for the automotive industry!

Mental Health Spotlight: Walk & Talk With JCT600! In May, JCT600 colleagues, families, friends, and even a few four-legged companions came together for our annual Walk & Talk events. With a brilliant turnout across all locations, it was great to see everyone taking time to connect, catch up, and support one another. At JCT600, we believe that mental health and wellbeing should be a priority every day of the year—not just during Mental Health Awareness Week. That’s why we’ve implemented a range of initiatives to support our colleagues’ mental and emotional wellbeing. These include dedicated mental health training, access to trained Mental Health First Aiders, our confidential ‘Need to Talk’ scheme, enhanced holiday entitlements, improved maternity and paternity support, and a strong partnership with our industry charity, Ben, to ensure help is available when it’s needed most. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in or helped bring our Walk n Talk events to life. Same time next year? We think so!
We're recruiting at our new Audi Authorised Service & Used Car Centre in Bradford! These exciting new roles will be based at our existing JCT600 Sticker Lane site, adding to the 60 staff that already repair and service BMW, MINI, Maserati and Lotus brands. The new full-time roles include Audi-accredited technicians, parts specialists and service hosts. They will boost our overall colleague headcount to 2,200 across 50 dealerships and workshops, including over 400 in Bradford where our head office is also located. “JCT600 is a family business through and through, and its ambitions for growth across the group depend on its people more than anything else. “Sticker Lane is where it all started back in 1946, and we’re proud to be adding another brand to our historic site in Bradford, where JCT600 has been based for almost 80 years,” said Joe Wood (pictured), head of Audi aftersales at JCT600. “We work closely with Audi across numerous other sites and, following the closure of the brand’s previous dealership here in the city, we were approached to provide aftersales support for Audi customers in Bradford. Our scale across the region with Audi offers real opportunities to candidates who would like to grow and develop with the Audi brand.” he added.
