Lina Sharfi's journey into the industry started through the Women into Transport and Engineering (WiTnE) program and has since grown into a career focused on performance, data, and continuous improvement. After joining as a Workflow Coordinator, Lina developed her skills through hands-on experience and apprenticeships, progressing into her current role as a Performance Analyst.
