We’re proud to be supporting the Construction Talent Retention Scheme. The Construction TRS is a free platform that is helping to showcase all of the talent, experience and expertise in the construction industry, and match them with jobs across the UK. Paul Thornton, Head of Talent Acquisition at Kier, Said: "Availability of skills will be increasingly important to the sector as we continue to adapt to new challenges including COVID-19 and Brexit. Ensuring we keep talent within the industry will be critical to delivery, particularly in light of the increased investment by UK Government through the National Infrastructure Strategy and the CTRS should be at the heart of planning for the industry as a whole" To find out more about the #ConstructionTRS, visit the below: #FindWorkFeb #ConstructionTRS
