In December, colleagues across Lithia UK put on their best (and boldest!) festive knits to take part in Christmas Jumper Day — and what a brilliant day it was. From our dealerships to our head office, Scotland to Essex, it was fantastic to see so many colleagues getting involved, sharing a few laughs, and embracing the festive spirit together. Even better, thanks to everyone’s generosity, we’re proud to say we raised £[tbc] for Save the Children charity. Events like this are a great example of what life at Lithia UK is like — colleagues coming together across the business to support great causes, have fun, and look out for one another, all while continuing to deliver for our customers. Nottingham Pride 2025: Love, Pride and Visibility As sponsors of Nottingham Pride 2025, we joined one of the UK’s most prominent LGBTQ+ events to celebrate community, visibility and belonging. Our Lithia UK Pride-wrapped BMW and branded banner were proudly on display, acting as visible symbols of our continued commitment to equity and inclusion. Colleagues from across the business attended, not only to represent Lithia UK but to be part of something meaningful, a show of solidarity, pride and progress. “As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and Co-Chair of our Network, it meant a lot to me to see our business not just sponsoring Pride but actively taking part. Celebrating Our Apprentices for National Apprenticeship Week We recently celebrated National Apprenticeship Week, which was the perfect opportunity to celebrate our fantastic apprentices across our stores and the invaluable contributions they bring to the business. Our apprenticeship programmes cover a wide range of roles, from Vehicle Technicians and Parts to Retail Sales and Customer Service, offering opportunities for a variety of skill sets and career aspirations. We take great pride in supporting our apprentices as they learn on the job, offering mentorship, training, and career development opportunities. Their journeys are a testament to the power of apprenticeships in shaping future talent.
