We are happy to announce that we will be exhibiting and hosting a speaker session at the 2022 Karren Brady's Women in Business & Tech Expo in October, at the Excel, London. The event, taking place across two days (12th-13th October), will be headlined by Baroness Karren Brady CBE, in addition to a packed schedule of speakers offering insights and practical advice to attendees. Numerous businesses / employers will be showcasing their offering at the event too. MBDA’s Head of Design Skill Capabilities (Electronic Engineering), Liz Carr, will be speaking in the Women in STEM Theatre about Unconscious Bias in the Workplace. Attendees can hear about Liz’s own experiences and lessons learned throughout her career, as well as Liz’s advice to others on how to “engage in meaningful conversations that move us towards working environments with a culture of emotional safety and empowerment for Women in Business and Tech.” Find out more about the Women in Business & Tech Expo & how you can get involved -
