Another of our teams pulling out all the stops to deliver a brilliant Black Friday shopping experience for our customers is our amazing brand team. Philippa Terry, our digital marketing manager 👋 jumped on an all company call to share the thinking behind this year’s campaign which in a nutshell, is super customer-focussed! We knew our customers look forward to #BlackFriday for bagging all those presents for under the tree 🎄 at a great price, but also felt a sense of chaos in finding the best deals across the market. This years Black Friday campaign was created to stand out in a noisy space and to give a sense of calm amidst the Black Friday buzz, highlighting how we’re a great destination for all our customers’ needs.
