In March, our Pre-Registration students joined us at our Store Support Centre in Nottingham for the Pre-Reg Stage 2 Overarching and Careers Day It was a fun filled day which allowed our Pre-Reg students to network in person, with a variety of exercises to take part in. From working in smaller groups on the College Of Optometrists scenario sessions, which was run by our Professional Development Tutors, to a crowd session with our Hot Seat Panel with Dan McGhee, Janine Vali, Roohika Johal and Damian Daly, which allowed our Pre-Reg’s to ask any burning questions to some of our senior leaders across the business - from Pre-Reg tips to potential career pathways with us 🤩 It was a great day for all of those involved with lots of learning, fun as well as important information to help them during their Pre-Reg year. A big thank you to all of those involved to help make the event happen. We already can’t wait for the next one! 👏
At the end of February, many of our store colleagues attended our Vision Express 2023 Retail Conference 🤩 It was great to see our colleagues come together to celebrate the successes of 2022, as well as hearing from our Exec team & colleagues across the business about our exciting plans and projects for 2023, now we're part of the EssilorLuxottica family. We also celebrated the evening in style with a 1920's themed dinner party 🪩🎉
