With 25,000+ employees and hundreds of locations worldwide, Stryker offers a diverse array of innovative medical technologies, including reconstructive, medical and surgical, and neurotechnology and spine products to help people lead more active and more satisfying lives. The company heard about what Texas Roadhouse did with the Glassdoor “People <3 Working Here” window decals, and decided to do the same.

Stryker ordered hundreds of free stickers from Glassdoor, available to all Best Places to Work winners, and
adorned various office locations with “People <3 Working Here” window decals and laptop stickers to tell clients, prospects, office visitors and potential candidates that according to employee feedback, people truly love working at Stryker.
