They’ll appear by name in your favorite Glassdoor Bowls™ and in the main feed — just look for the green star badge next to their name — and you can engage with them directly as you would anyone on Glassdoor. Want to learn more about them? Access their profile and follow them to see all of their latest content.
You’ll also notice that Worklife Pros are debuting new Glassdoor features like short-form video and polls, with image carousels on the horizon as well. Soon, these features will be available to every user who prefers communicating with videos and images versus text as a way to start a conversation.
You can still be anonymous.
Worklife Pros are revealing their identity by default, but you don’t have to. You can still comment under your job title or company name if you prefer. And of course, if you choose to reveal your name in a post, any ratings and reviews you leave on Glassdoor will remain anonymous.
