We're celebrating today at Glassdoor because we've just launched our national TV and radio ad campaign test. Every single one of us at Glassdoor has chosen to work here purposefully because our jobs fit our lives, so we're passionate to our core about telling everyone about how great it is to find that job that fits your life.
As you know, Glassdoor is already one of the largest and fastest growing job sites in the U.S., and we believe that our TV and radio ads will only broaden awareness and further empower people to find that job they love with a company they feel great about.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ5rcep_K-cKnowing there will be an uptick in traffic to our site, we've made sure our company page on Glassdoor is just how we want it. And we recommend you do the same for your company! Many new job seekers will be looking at your page on Glassdoor for the first time, so you want to make sure that your mission statement, benefits information and other differentiating factors about why it's great to work with you are all up to date.
It's also an ideal time to advertise and sponsor your jobs on Glassdoor and across competitors' pages to capture the attention of job seekers on Glassdoor. Once they know about your open roles, your Enhanced Profile will tell the story of why you're a great place to work.
It's easy to do - sign in to your Employer Center to quickly edit or update your company's Glassdoor profile. Or sign up for a free employer account and start shaping your employer brand and posting jobs right way.
Keep a lookout for our TV ads during prime time and listen for the radio spots! We'll all be cheering every time we see or hear them - because we believe in what we do. We're the lucky early adopters of finding jobs that fit our lives - and we couldn't be more pumped about the new rules of recruiting.
