As 2015 comes to a close, we want to take a step back and recap our Talent Warriors Roadshow. We hit six cities – Dallas, Chicago, New York, Boston, Toronto and Seattle. Human resource professionals, recruiters and talent acquisition experts gathered for half-day learning sessions to hear more about corporate reputation management, talent analytics and social media and mobile best practices.

- Unsure of why managing your reputation is important? Ninety-percent of job seekers are likely to read reviews about a company before accepting an offer.
- Low budget? No problem! Try free or low-budget options, such as encouraging your employees to become brand advocates or hosting recruiting happy hours at your office.
- Most companies “talk at” and “tell” prospective candidates about their company. Instead, customize the story around the job seeker.
- Transparency is power. Candidates trust your employees’ voice! Balance your marketing messages with employee viewpoints and encourage your employees to post ongoing reviews.
- What’s in for 2015? Data, data and more predictive data. Be bold! The time for talent analytics is now.
