Your company’s career site can feel like your front door for job candidates – it offers not only your current job openings but also helps tell candidates what your company is like when it comes to culture, work environment, perks and benefits as well as the leadership team. While many job seekers are visiting your career site, often many more are visiting Glassdoor to get an authentic inside scoop on the company and they’re visiting sites like LinkedIn to research the people who are on their interview loop.
Today LinkedIn released a report that looks at the top 10 Indemand startups among tech employees. We turned to our data to find out how these same startups compared on Glassdoor and if the rankings would hold up the same. See below for how the rankings compare: Theranos comes in #1 on Glassdoor’s evaluation of these 10 startups.
