Responding to Glassdoor reviews from the employer perspective is free, simple and hugely valuable to your employer brand. Find out what you can do to join the conversation happening about your company on Glassdoor by tuning in to our recent webinar below.
Did you have a question during the webinar that went unanswered? You can find frequently asked questions here:
Q: Is there a way we can be notified any time a review is posted so we can respond quickly?
A: Yes. Simply log in to Glassdoor with your free employer account, visit your employer center and set up company alerts.
Q: Are responses dated? How far should we go back?
A: Yes, responses include a date. Recent reviews are a priority, but going back to old reviews and addressing concerns that have since been corrected is a great way to provide updates about your company.
Q: If I’m using Glassdoor reviews on other marketing collateral, are there any parameters or permissions needed to do this?
A: the content you find on Glassdoor is publicly available information and you’re welcome to use it anywhere you see fit, as long as you do not alter it in any way. It’s also a great idea to link your reviews back to your Glassdoor profile for more information.
Q: Can we encourage our employees to provide reviews?
A: Yes! For tips on how to do this, visit How to Manage Reviews within employer resources on Glassdoor.
Q: Can you have multiple logins for your employer account?
A: Once you have a Free Employer Account, you may invite others within your company to create their own accounts as well.
Q: What are some of the guidelines you use when deleting posts?
A: Our content team uses the Glassdoor Community Guidelines to determine what is or is not approved to appear on Glassdoor.
Q: Does the person who left a review get a notification that I responded?
A: Yes, the person who posted the content will receive an email that a response has been added.
