From coverage for gender reassignment surgery to free museum passes, these companies are thinking outside the box when it comes to their benefits, while staying true to their culture and values. For example, Reebok, known for fitness and lifestyle footwear, provides its employees with Crossfit classes and on-site gym facilities. “The company mission and values are clear, communicated often, and embraced. It's ok to take an hour for fitness throughout the day and fitness events are encouraged to participate in,” writes a Marketing Manager on Glassdoor.
