Glassdoor is a resource that people not only go to find the latest jobs but also get honest, unbiased insight into what it's really like to work for your company. They know that your company rating on Glassdoor cannot be influenced by anyone but the people who have interviewed with or worked for the organization.
So when you add the Glassdoor logo to your company website, you're sending a strong message that you embrace transparency and value feedback from employees and job candidates. As Glassdoor just went through a brand refresh, we wanted to provide some helpful tips on how to use the updated logo to help build trust with job seekers trying to decide if they should apply or accept an offer:

1.) Update your career site
Download Glassdoor's new logo and images by visiting our Press Center, then add them on each of your career sites and anywhere else you look to attract job seekers. For example, update the logo where other social icons can be found (i.e. page footers). It sends a message - both conscious and subconscious - to anyone who wants to learn about your company and jobs that you are committed to transparency and that you invite people to get insights from all those that work at the company.2.) Make the Glassdoor logo work for your company
Make sure that if someone clicks on the Glassdoor logo on your site, it hyperlinks to your employer profile on Glassdoor. It's an important platform people can use to follow your company and stay informed about important company updates related to working there. Nearly two-thirds (65%) of people using Glassdoor agree their perception of a company improves after seeing an employer respond to a review. It's important to note that this statistic doesn't depend on the nature of the reviews. What matters to people is that your company embraces feedback, positive and negative. By offering up a pathway to your employer profile on Glassdoor, you're instilling confidence that you have nothing to hide as a company.3.) While you're at it...make sure your company looks its best on your Glassdoor profile
We've got a shiny new logo - and just by updating our logo on your site, your company will look fresh. But is there any updating you need to do as a company? Now's the perfect time to make sure all your logos and company branding are up to date.- To update your logo, click on your current logo, located at the bottom left-hand side of your cover photo. Select the camera icon that says "Update." You'll be taken to a window to pick the file you want to use. Select "Choose." Adjust the positioning and select "Save."
- To change your cover photo or featured video, select the gear icon at the top right where your current cover photo currently lives. Then select "Add new image" or "Add video" and upload the content of your choice. Move and crop the image until it looks the way you want and select "Save."
