"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

They have a lot of different options that can fit with what you want from bare minimum to more expensive options. All sick time and paid time come out of the same bank of pto.

Biggest unique perk is free lab testing through health insurance. Vacation and sick time are combined into one account

Great Benefits. Labcorp offers great health, dental, eye, and more. Low co-pays for visits and medicine. They also have matching 401K, a good amount of vacation time, and discounts on travel, online shops, and more.
