However, in my case I chewed Copenhagen for 30 years and tried to quit dozens of time. Now over the last year I (when I switched to Zone) I went from 9mg to 6mg and now 3mg, and one can of 3mg last about three days. Thats pretty good and a massive improvement so I’ll take it

What precedes the zyn? My guess is it’s a mixed bag of signals that says, “pop in another pouch.” Take a beat before you pop one in and see if you can name what’s happening - is it habit? Is it craving? Is it comfort? Is it escape? No need to try to change an addiction just yet; just notice what happens before you reach for one. Start there, because understand that is the key to understanding the addiction.
