Recently I had cleared 2 technical rounds in LTI MINDTREE for cloud engineer role. I had to visit office for the salary discussion when asked about my expectation I asked for a 60% hike but after all the discussion the HR told she will have to get approval from higher management since the expectation is more than 30% and will get back to me. How much time does it take for them to get back has anyone faced the same situation before??
