We’re focused on making Lloyd’s a truly inclusive place to work. We have several initiatives to drive our long-term culture change to build a more inclusive environment. We run a global ‘Dive In Festival’ to celebrate diversity and inclusion in insurance and we have a number of employee resource groups. We were delighted to be recognised at the 2020 British LGBT Awards as a top 10 inclusive employer.
