Reed in Partnership has a dedicated Inclusion and Belonging steering group that meets regularly to discuss new initiatives to promote equality, inclusion, and belonging for everyone working at the company.
The group includes Board members as well as a team of Diversity Champions who advocate for different equality groups – for example LGBTQ , BAME, Women in Work, and Disability – to ensure that all Co-Members feel equal, confident, and well-represented in the workplace.
