Our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) are volunteer led groups, run by our associates, created to foster a sense of community, connection and safe space for members of specific identity groups and their allies. In addition to building community amongst our teams, each group also leads initiatives under each of our four EI&D pillars to foster a greater diversity of perspectives within each of our brands and across Tapestry and empower our employee community to be the best version of themselves at work, and give back to the communities in which we live and work.
