At the start of 2026, we launched our new Inclusion & Wellbeing Commitments, setting out what we can do together to embed inclusion and wellbeing into our everyday work and culture.
Our four commitments; bring generations together, increase representation, create a sense of belonging and care for our people, are brought to life through a series of initiatives, tool kits and resources.
