Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) is a top priority at Yelp. We are intentional in our approach to building an inclusive workforce that reflects our communities while amplifying underrepresented voices.
One way we cultivate our diverse interests is through our Yelp Employee Resource Groups (YERGs). YERGs are employee-led communities that serve as a resource for employees with shared social identities, characteristics or life experiences , as well as their allies.
