AECOM Architect interview questions

I saw the job posting on Linked in, applied online in Linked in, AECOM internal recruiter contacted me, then I had three interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the management team, and last with one of the project managers.

The interview process was smooth initially, but the compensation offered was not competitive for the role and responsibilities discussed. After raising concerns and having a conversation about salary expectations, there was complete radio silence from the recruiter — no closure or follow-up. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism, especially after investing time and effort in the process.
