Accenture Senior Designer/Creative Lead interview questions

Had 2 interviews that went really well. They were very enthusiastic about my profile, received positive feedbacks, it seemed promising, they needed to hire someone within 2-3 weeks for a new client team. A lot of (insider) details were shared about the project, the senior team, and the next step for me during the last interview. Then, nothing for weeks and finally a negative email. Emailed politely HR and interviewers to understand what I could have done better. No answer.
