Applied via email. Month later received a call and had a telephone interview, a few days later went for an interview took a spelling test answered 1 question on customer service & then had a 5min one to one interview

Had a telephone interview which was successful. I was then invited to an assessment centre.
The assessment centre consisted of various stages.
1. spelling test
2. typing test
3. role play - you make notes on what information you think will be necessary to ask /tell the booker trying to book a car e.g. time of booking, pickup and dropoff location, size of car, price, payment method etc.
4. interview with a manager - why have you applied? what are your future aspirations? etc
I received a response quite quickly, I think within a week.
