Allstate interview questions

The interview process started with a telephone call with a recruiter. This was to initially go over previous work experiences and expectations of the company etc. Then an interview with the Belfast office which was mostly behaviour based. Then an interview with the US office which was behaviour based and based on legal experience.

Put in application online. Received an email the next day to schedule a recruiter call. Scheduled for 4 days later. The recruiter interview lasted about 20mins. Asked about resume and prior experience. Asked a question about how do you organize your day when you have competing deadlines. Recruiter moved me to next phase. Received an email to schedule the 1hr video interview. I chose a week later because there were certain days that you could increase your chances to interview with a claims service leader (manager) as they make the final determination if you’re accepted. I’d rather show a person myself than be explained to that person by someone else. Luckily the CSL was present on the call because we had good communication and chemistry during the interview. When i was offered the position i was informed that this would be my CSL. This was a panel interview with 3 total interviewers. Questions to be answered in STAR format. If you ask the recruiter what type of questions are asked during the video interview they may give you “example” questions that are very similar to the questions asked in the virtual interview. Also doesn’t hurt to wear a tie. Offer received within 3-5 business days
