I applied online, got an internal referral, and met with the manager for an intro call. Meet with 2 other AEs on the team then had a second interview at the Brooklyn office with the manager. The final interview was a brief call with the vp for the region. I was offered the job later that day. Process took about 2 weeks. I had previously worked here as a contractor.

Be prepared to share successes, loses, and what you learned, why you want to work for Amplify and what motivates you to be in sales, what resources do you use to learn new material (about products, keeping up with district initiatives, etc), how do you stay organized. Have a good attitude, ask good questions.
