AstraZeneca Medical Science Liaison (MSL) interview questions

Todo o processo seletivo é bastante sério e difícil. A entrevista com gestor da vaga foi um grande desafio com perguntas de caráter pessoal e comportamental. O único ponto negativo foi a demora/falta de retorno entre as fases e clareza sobre feedback.

Interviews for an MSL position at AstraZeneca include four stages: 1. an initial conversation with the recruiter, 2. a Zoom interview with the recruiter and a senior MSL, 3. an on-site simulation that includes presenting a scientific paper and answering related questions, and 4. a final interview with a senior manager and the Head of Medical. Overall, the process is very clear. It is somewhat long, but the overall experience is very positive.
