Atlassian Solutions Engineer interview questions

Ordinary HR screening with unenthusiastic recruiter. Hiring manager interview as second stage. Third round is a panel round where you have to do a mock demo. They ask you to come up with EVERYTHING yourself, the customer scenario, the solution, the demo environment, the slides just to reduce you to how you handle their questions or objections. There is absolutely no recognition for the work you put into the demo, the slides or anything. Red flag.

Seemed to be all okay during each stage however turned out to be a massive waste of time. Recruiters were great. If you can avoid interviewing here I’d recommend it.
