Disappointing Interview Experience
I recently went through a very frustrating interview process with this company, unfortunately echoing the experiences of many others in these reviews. The process spanned six weeks, involving 3 interview stages plus an additional session with the CTO.
Initially, the company provided an interview package to help familiarize me with their values and operations. However, feedback was slow, often taking up to five days to receive. Despite the lengthy process, I was surprised to receive positive feedback after each stage.
The final interview with the CTO seemed promising, but it was followed by complete silence. Despite my efforts, I received no further communication or feedback from the company. This lack of transparency and communication left me with a negative impression of this company that I'd never recommend to anyone.
