I had to take a silly multiple choice test followed by three 45 minute interviews and after all that they did not have the professional courtesy to inform me that they chose another candidate.

They asked me to describe a rag based LLM I built.
Tive uma péssima experiência na entrevista, ela não deixou nem mesmo eu começar, me questionou se eu tinha uma habilidade especifica, e como eu não tinha parou a entrevista ali mesmo. O que é muito estranho, já que isso não estava na descrição da vaga. Achei de péssimo tom, e totalmente desrespeitoso.

The recruiter was a bit unorganized and poor consistency of communication. Some days responses would be quick, then quite slow. They would often ask for something and despite a quick response, their feedback would take too long. Poor communication and follow up after multiple rounds. No offer, but after this and a previous interview experience, I'm not sure it would have been the right environment anyway.

Rounds with recruiter, peer panel, hiring manager. Generic behavioral and process based questions, nothing out of ordinary. The hiring manager and recruiter ghosted after 3rd interview, which was very disappointing.
