i applied did a phone interview and then passed that was invited to come in and interviewed with the sales manager then he went and got the DM and completed my second interview right then and there

Application was fairly easy I got a phone interview 3 days after completing it was scheduled a face to face interview the same week. After that i had one addition phone screening and was formally offered the position. That same day I took a drug screening.
