BDO Legal interview questions

Company sends applicants a race and gender form to complete before interview. Then sends recruiter a curt and blunt message stating that they do not want to interview applicant because other candidates have more experience. This happens within a couple of days within recruiter obtaining applicant CV, conducting the screening interview and speaking to company. Before the race and gender form is completed, company was very keen to interview applicant based on candidate’s CV, experience and work history.
