Initial telephone call with people/HR team. This was followed by face to face panel interview in London. The interview was 45 minutes long consisting of sturctured questions. Telephone call a couple of days later from prople/HR with outcome. Although not successful, it was a professional and pleasant experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BPAS (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
F2F interview with 2 members of staff. Usual questions asked around experience and professionalism. Additional questions asked on sensitive information given nature of work. Interview lasted overall about forty five minutes.
It was face to face. Consisting of the unit manager and clinical manager. They were both so welcoming and made me feel at ease but the questions were very very intense. I think overall it took over an hour and I felt completely drained afterwards. The managers were lovely and they seemed very fair but the questions were quite hard, I even did a lot of interview prep too! I think if the managers were not as welcoming I would definitely have put a thumbs down for the interview.
