I had 2 in-person interviews with 2 analysts from the team and they let me know within 2 days that I had the offer. This was following a case day where we worked in teams as a buy-side team.

Online assessment: typical online assessment questions with examples given before, having to process information quickly and answer simple questions with true, false, or info not given. My recommendation is making sure to fully understand how the assessment works by repeating the practice questions given a few times.
