Interview
It was very systematic but interviewers were friendly and encouraging. Lots of competency based questions. One about safeguarding, a couple about skill set and experience and the rest about scenarios that you will encounter while working .
Standard questions, nothing unexpected. Safeguarding, general examples from previous roles you have had, your qualities, what you could bring to the role, why you want the role, attributes, what could you see yourself developing.
