Friendly process. Began with makeup application interview and then a store approval, once you pass that they provide personalised brand training which was 3 days longs before you can start work. they provide all training on products to makeup application that they expect.

Interview
First stage is a pre recorded interview and you answer questions about sales. If you get onto the second stage you’re invited for a zoom call and you basically show them how you put on foundation, blush, mascara and brow product. You get given basic sales scenarios to see how you approach them
