BlackRock Associate, Business Analysis & Project Management interview questions

Utterly dreadful. Was reached out to twice in two months by a TA in APAC. Both to either schedule for an interview or for a call to know more about my experience. Both times, the TA either ghosted me or responded once and then subsequently ghosted me. Begs the question, why bother send an email to arrange for a call when you're not going to do so anyway? Poor form from BlackRock and quite frankly, a maddening experience as I've always wanted to work for the company. I'd suggest to not bother applying if you're in Singapore. Twice in six months is utterly ridiculous.
