Applied online through an employee referral after being told that these were especially helpful when applying to Bloomberg. In addition to the basics, the online application also included several short essay questions. I was invited to a phone interview with a representative from the Fixed Income team a few days later. The interviewer got right into his own questions and was willing and able to answer all questions regarding the position. He asked very few follow-up questions.
