I have a feeling that they are organizing fake recruitments to gather ideas. They are asking the candidate to do some home task, after you complete the task and sent them, they just disappear.

a task that included 4 questions. When complete the task, you are scheduled for an interview. Three-Four persons will interview you. The recruiter, Hiring Manager, Team Member, Team Leader...these will interview you.
