I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boomi in Apr 2025
Interview
I’ve never experienced such a poorly organized interview process. I realized quite late that it was a waste of time.
At the end of the third interview (not counting the initial call with HR), I was told I’d need to go through two more interviews—for a basic position with a 25k base salary.
The first two interviews felt straightforward. Both interviewers were new in the company (less than six months).
In the third interview, the TL followed a very methodical process—asking specific questions like from a checklist.
I tried to ask questions and make the interview more conversational, but he wasn’t really engaging. Even though he said he likes questions, he barely spent any time answering.
When I asked the recruiter about the hiring date, she seemed unsure what I was referring to. I knew the hiring date is begining of the month, and her scheduling didn’t match up. After I pointed it out, she changed the date.
Such elements are red flags. Just proves a growing company reaches a point when things actually get a bit out of control. It could be that it grew too fast or the process is disconsidered.

Question 1
Can't recall exactly but something like - if there was a thing you would change/improve, what would that be?
