Finally connected. Somehow still my fault. Third round was chaos. Misspelled directions. 250k+ sq ft warehouse. 40+ truck bays. Poor signage signage. Locked doors. Wrong entrance. Wandered the perimeter. Made it inside by 3:02. Front desk unstaffed. Manager showed at 3:04. Took a jab about me being “late” mid-interview, in front of the panel. Team was friendly, but more interested in my ice cream preferences than analytics. Comp dodged. Benefits unclear. Scope undefined. Whole thing felt reactive, like they were putting out fires, not solving problems. Hard pass. I withdrew.
