Bupa Customer Service interview questions

Telephone based initially and if you are successful you would then be invited to a face to face interview at their office based in Staines. You would answer generic questions and then do a 2 situation role play to determine if you was mentally capable of taking verbal abuse from old people.

1 hour in a small room. Very typical interview questions asking for examples of when various competencies have been seen in my previous experience. Very friendly and relaxing - felt it was more of a chat than a formal interview.
